Introduction:

     The Workshop will be a forum for presentation of new results in research, development and applications in computer science and information technologies that aims at bringing together researchers from different areas, including Distributed Systems, Management of Data and Knowledge, Computer Control. These areas are heavily related nowadays. Agent technology, Peer-to-Peer Information management and ubiquitous computing are just examples of the strong interrelationship between these disciplines.
      The Workshop will consist of regular sessions with technical contributions reviewed and selected by an international program committee, invited talks by leading experts, tutorials, and special sessions like industrial programs and posters on on-going research projects in Russia, Eastern European and other countries.

Place of the Workshop

       Conference will be held on board a comfortable ship. The route of our trip to Moscow - Uglich - Gorica - Kizhi - Mandrogui - St. Petersburg. River cruises, travel by boat is one of the most exciting journeys, which from beginning to end remains enjoyable for all ages. Even seasickness is not a problem, as cruises on the river are carried out on modern boats, on which the smooth roll of the ship is practically not felt.
     Cruising is the best way of traveling in Russia as it gives you more possibilities to discover places usually hidden to a regular tourist. Explore the mystery of the world largest country, feel the special beauty of its quiet provincial towns and the impetuous life of its imperial capitals - Moscow and St. Petersburg!
     A cruise through Russia is a unique cultural experience that will remain in your heart forever.

Submission Guidelines:
Submitted papers must clearly describe new ideas or experimental results not previously published in journals and conference proceedings. Papers will be judged on originality, clarity, relevance, and soundness of methodology. Each paper should include a short abstract and a list of keywords indicating subject classification.

Authors' names and institutions should be identified on a cover page.
Papers should be written in English. Authors may submit drafts of full papers. Submissions are recommended to be limited to 6 pages (A4-format), with 1 inch margins and 11 point font.

Workshop Proceedings:
The Workshop Proceedings will be published. For an accepted paper to be included in the Proceedings one of the authors must commit to presenting the paper at the Workshop.
